Job Responsibilities
- Develop customer strategies and point-of-purchase (POP) drivers to enhance in-store performance
- Plan marketing activities with a strong focus on profitability to achieve financial targets
- Develop commercial propositions for new product development (NPD) and joint business plans (JBP) with partners
- Analyze performance against customer category benchmarks and adjust strategies promptly in response to market
changes and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, or Category Development
- Experience in FMCG, especially consumer goods, food, or beverage products, is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade channel strategies (e.g., hypermarkets and supermarkets)
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables and functions)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and effective communication skills
